Website completed for local livery yard

We have just finalised a website for a local livery yard.  They have been expanding their facilities to include a fantastic outdoor manege and cross country course and wanted more people to be able to see what they had to offer.

We have included a numer of features including an events calendar and easy to view gallery of all their facilities.

Take a look at the site.

Digital Advice to new company EquiSci

We have recently helped new company EquiSci to develop their online presence.  We developed their website design and content and gave them advice as to how to write good webcopy.  We have also advised them on social media marketing and the setting up of Facebook and Twitter accounts.  Take a look at their new site.  The site makes fascinating reading for 'equestrians'.  As an Equitation Science consultant Lisa Ashton provides a range of services at EquiSci and we wish her every success with her new business.

Two new websites completed for the British Horseracing Authority

It has been a fantastic project to redevelop the careers site careersinracing.com which was a few years old and had become dated.  The design has been developed in line with existing brand guidelines but has been revitalised.  Most importantly the navigation of the site has changed dramatically with a whole new channel for parents and careers advisers.

The racing excellence microsite was introduced part way through the main site development and involved creating a sub brand to promote new training race series for young jockeys.  The 'brand' had to stand alone in its own right but also sit very closely with the careersinracing branding.

Home page images can be seen in the gallery.

Education Tool for British Horseracing Authority

Racedayforschools is an exciting education tool created to promote horseracing in schools whilst supporting the national curriculum.

The project is part of a recruitment campaign 'careers in racing' and it was shortlisted in the Digital Media sector of the Sports Industry Awards 2009.

These awards recognise some of the best work going on in the sports industry. In 2008 a number of other careersinracing marketing projects were also shortlisted. The education tool also overlaps into the racings industries growing interest in community based projects.

Corporate Social Responsibility in Horseracing

Community projects are becoming increasingly high profile in the horseracing industry, from charity work to green initiatives, horseracing is contributing to society in many ways.  Working closely on this project the report Racing Together - Horseracing and The Community has recently been collated for the BHA and represents some of the fantastic initiatives in place.
