We have two lorries - a three horse/four pony forward and herringbone stalled (can create 'tubed' stalls if required) and a five horse forward facing. Both can set up to carry mares and foals together.

Yes, we can remove our partitions so both mare and foal can travel together.

Yes, we have a fully padded floor to ceiling partition and biting boards to enable us to transport stallions.

We use an internet Auto-route to calculate the mileage; this is calculated from the depot and return to the depot. Just use the quick quote form on the website and we will get an individual load quote back to you within 24 hours.

We recommend booking at least a week in advance to ensure you get the date and time that suits you best.

We will need your name, address and contact telephone number. The collection and delivery address, full postcodes, and a telephone numbers. The date and time of collection will all be discussed during the booking process. The Horse(s) size, name and age. It is also advisable to tell us if the horse is a nervous or inexperienced loader/passenger.

Any contract cancelled within 24 hours of departure will pay 50% of costs. Any contract cancelled within 12 hours of departure may be charged full amount of costs.

We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can call us at any time. We are also registered with PRP Equine Rescue and The Equine Rescue Service to provide emergency pick up of horses – so if you have their breakdown services we may well be called direct by them to assist you in the onward transit of your horses.

We are a fully insured as a business with public liability insurance and all our vehicles are insured for commercial use. However we do transport horses on the understanding that they themselves are insured.

Yes, we are fully D.E.F.R.A Registered and authorised and our vehicles are DEFRA approved and inspected. We also hold DEFRA certificates of competence to transport horses.

Yes we hold a VOSA operators' licence - a legal requirement for any lorry used commercially over 3.5 tonnes. This means our lorries are operated and inspected to the highest standards.

Sharing a load can bring the costs of your journey down and we will try and arrange this if possible and you wish us to do so. The majority of the journeys we do however are individual loads.

We have clear view of the horses from the cab and the temperature of the horse area is monitored with the on board climate control in the cab of the lorry where we can

Yes, owners can accompany the driver in the horsebox; just let us know if you would like to do this.

 Yes, there is room for normal tack, but we have to be mindful of weight restrictions so please discuss prior to travel.

Yes, we carry travelling kit if you do not have your own.

We always carry water on board, and can supply hay nets and haylage free of charge if required.

We carry human and equine first aid kits on board.

We wash out the box after every journey with approved disinfectant Aqueous.

Yes. EU regulations require passports to accompany all horses when they travel.

We allow up to 20 minutes from arrival, if you require extra time this is charged @ an hourly rate. We carry a Monty Roberts dually headcollar which you may wish to put on your horse to assist with loading if they are becoming strong or difficult to handle. If you horse is a problem loader you may wish to book us separately for loading practice.
